Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 25 years of age.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle registration check, and drug test.
• At least 3 years of supervisory security experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Security Officers.
• Provide the first line of supervision during off hours.
• Work as armed, uniformed officer and carry a firearm where allowed.
• Inspect posts and enforce Walden procedures and post orders.
• Assist in on-the-job training for new officers.
• Respond to alarms and urgent client requests.
• Document daily events in the Daily Inspection Report (DIR).
• Relieve posts and ensure full shift coverage.
• Examine doors, windows, and gates for security.
• Record activities and notify field/operations management as needed.
