ChenegaNaswikInternational, LLC is seeking an experienced Sergeant to supervise armed security personnel supporting a federal security contract. This position is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, maintaining staffing coverage, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and supporting the protection of personnel, facilities, and government assets.

You will provide direct supervision and leadership to assigned armed security personnel, coordinate staffing adjustments,

Competenze

• Possess and maintain Armed Security Guard certification through Virginia DCJS.
• Minimum of three years of experience as armed security guard or related security role.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Maintain CPR certification from Red Cross or equivalent.
• Meet PAT standards: 1.5-mile run in 17:30, 19 push-ups in 2 minutes.
• Must pass MMPI testing.
• Ability to supervise personnel in a professional security environment.
• Maintain required certifications, licenses, and qualifications.
