ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Supervisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Reading and Wyomissing, PA

Pay: $31.30 Per Hour

We are currently hiring an ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Field Supervisor with 1st shift availability on weekdays. This is a supervisor position that requires prior Security Supervisor experience, and the ability to oversee a 7 man security team.

What You’ll Do:

• Patrol assigned interior/exterior areas by foot,
• Monitor surroundings and report suspicious activity
• Respond quickly to incidents in line with company policy and use-of-force guidelines
• Write detailed reports and maintain daily activity logs (DARs)
• Enforce site policies, post orders, and client rules
• Support customer service needs throughout the facility
• Stay informed on site-specific emergency protocols
• Supervise a 7-man security team
• Training new employees and ongoing current staff

What You Need:

• Current ACT 235 certification
• Security Supervisor experience
• Personal firearm, level 2+ holster, and duty belt
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1–3 years of Security Supervisor experience in security
• Law enforcement and/or military preferred
• Strong written communication for report writing
• Reliable transportation to and from the site
• Ability to pass a background check
