OPS Security Group is seeking a Physical Security Officer to deliver high-end customer service and guard professionals within medical centers, government facilities, and venues. You may work with firearms and perform patrols, incident reporting, and access control in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Armed security experience or equivalent military/training credentials preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of use-of-force principles and procedures.
• Ability to obtain state armed security officer license and required certifications.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high end customer service.
• Respond to emergencies and deter crime.
• Control ingress/egress and monitor CCTV.
• Investigate incidents and complete incident logs.
• Patrol premises and maintain professional client rapport.
• Detain suspects when necessary and follow OPS protocols.
