Job summary

Allied Universal in Manassas, VA is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee quality security services for a designated customer. The role involves supervising site staff, coordinating with the client and Operations Managers, and acting as a liaison to ensure operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be 21+, hold a high school diploma, demonstrate strong communication and customer service, and be able to manage scheduling and reports.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation and a drug screen will be completed as a condition of employment.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate scheduling and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services for an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Assist in identifying and interviewing quality candidates and communicate staffing needs to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and participate in performance evaluations and recognition.
