Job summary

Constellis is seeking Security Officers to provide mobile patrol and rapid response to security incidents across Client properties in Massachusetts. Officers wear seasonal uniforms, perform high-visibility patrols, deter criminal activity and respond to emergencies in coordination with local authorities.

The role requires a valid Massachusetts Class A License to Carry, US citizenship, fluent English, and current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Combat MOS, U.S. Military Special Operations Unit, or 6 years as a sworn law enforcement officer.
• LEOSA/HR218 certification preferred.
• Massachusetts Class A License to Carry with no restrictions.
• High School diploma or equivalent; U.S. citizen.
• Valid active state driver’s license and CPR/AED/1st Aid certification.
• Must meet medical, physical, and drug test requirements; able to work in a security role.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly visible mobile patrol and/or static security functions.
• Observe for suspicious behavior and deter criminal activity around properties.
• Rapidly respond to dispatch calls and investigate incidents.
• Prevent unauthorized access and protect personnel and property.
• Provide first aid and report incidents to authorities.
• Maintain communications via radio or company devices; complete reports.
