Job summary

Constellis is seeking armed security personnel to protect personnel and property at a designated U.S. Government facility. Post and guard duties, including visitor screening and roving patrols, are required. This is a union position with variable shifts.

The role requires maintaining firearms proficiency, emergency response, and strict adherence to post orders. Shift work includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Citizen or eligible for security clearance, with US government experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; related college credit preferred.
• Must meet medical, physical, drug screening, background checks, FPS suitability.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process visitors efficiently and politely.
• Identify and report rule violations or detentions.
• Perform internal/external patrols and traffic control.
• Maintain high detection rate on security screening equipment.
• Detect, report, and respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Communicate via two-way radio or company phone.
• Follow all post orders and security procedures.
