Tarian Group is seeking a Security Officer to uphold safety and provide protective services across client sites in Massachusetts. The role includes customer assistance, incident response, and supporting site operations with vigilance and professionalism.

Qualifications: high school diploma or GED, ability to obtain required licenses, and readiness for background checks. A background in public-facing roles is preferred; armed postings require additional licensing and training.

Qualifikationen

• A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for this position upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.,
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tariandriving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).
• Armed (Handgun) Qualifications: At least 21 years of age; Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable local or state license or permit to carry a weapon; Ability to pass firearms training; Ability to meet further training requirements; Knowledge of Tarian policies.
