Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher education or training in criminal justice a plus.
• Must possess and maintain Armed Security Officer license/permit per state requirements.
• Must supply and maintain a personally owned, approved 9mm firearm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and ethical conduct.
• Prior law enforcement, military, or armed security experience strongly preferred.
• Must pass background checks, drug testing, and required training.
• Valid driver's license if position requires vehicle patrol.

Responsibilities

• Maintain alertness and deter unauthorized activity during patrols.
• Monitor premises and respond promptly to alarms and incidents.
• Enforce policies professionally and provide courteous assistance.
• Prepare accurate incident and activity reports.
• Use only necessary force per policy and training.
• Assist investigations by gathering information and preserving evidence.
