You must meet California licensing requirements, have a CA Guard Card, CPR certification, and strong English communication skills. This is an on-site, as-needed role offering flexible shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid CA Guard Card.
• CPR Certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Clean background and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Monitor entrances/exits to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Perform routine patrols and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Interact with clients, visitors, and staff professionally.
