Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Must have a valid CA Guard Card
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to pass screening and background checks
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• 1 year Gate house officer experience
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Comply with Prosegur and client requirements and post instructions.
• Complete training and follow general safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Provide customer service and use basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Conduct routine foot patrols and monitor access to the facility.
• Log inbound/outbound trucks and manage visitor sign-in/out.
• Prepare detailed narrative reports and daily activity reports.
