Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain an Armed Security Officer license/permit.
• Must supply and maintain a personally owned, approved 9mm firearm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Maintain alertness and deter unauthorized activity.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Enforce policies in a professional manner.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report findings.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents promptly.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident reports.
• Secure facilities, equipment, and areas as directed.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and customers.
• Remain at assigned post until relieved.
• Support investigations by gathering information and preserving evidence.
