Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Baton certification preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and the public by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with professionalism and communicate with supervisors and law enforcement as needed.
• Verify credentials and monitor entry/exit activity to control access at assigned locations.
• Prepare clear activity, patrol, and incident reports and maintain equipment readiness.
