Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at government facilities via site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government buildings, parking areas, and entry points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations with calm, professional problem-solving; coordinate with supervisors and responders.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry while maintaining awareness of restricted areas.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain documentation for incidents, patrols, and security activities.
