Job summary

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer - Armed - Patrol Driver in Oregon, OH. You will serve clients across transportation locations, conduct routine armed patrols, deter incidents, and respond to security concerns while upholding our service standards.

This full-time role requires an armed guard card/license, a valid driver’s license, 2+ years in law enforcement or related fields, and completion of required security

Qualifications

• Armed security experience is required.
• Must hold an Armed Guard Card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum age 21 for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted.
• Industry-specific security training is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at a transportation location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of rail yards, facilities, and access points.
• Monitor restricted areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized activity.
• Document patrols and incidents promptly per site requirements.
