Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting visitors and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following emergency protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols and incidents to deter unauthorized access.
