Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to patrol and safeguard clients at a aerospace/defense location in Camden, AR. You will perform armed security procedures, respond to incidents, and maintain a professional presence to deter threats while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires an active armed guard license, DoD Secret Clearance, and the ability to work a full-time daytime schedule. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year law enforcement, or 2+ years security supervisor/manager, or 3+ years security experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and document visitors and incidents.
• Operate communications equipment and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
