Job summary

Allied Universal in Carthage, MO is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver to protect client sites across aerospace and defense facilities. The role involves performing secure patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining a professional, service-oriented presence while complying with site policies.

You must have at least one year of armed security or related experience, a valid driver's license, and be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• Armed security experience or related law enforcement/military background.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• Background check conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor restricted access areas and verify credentials; document activity.
• Maintain activity reports, incident documentation, and equipment inspections per requirements.
