Job summary

In this unarmed patrol position, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and document observations. A valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Criminal history considered in accordance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns in a calm, documented manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and vehicle entry requirements.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate with supervision.
