• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service while following safety procedures.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, walking, sitting for extended periods).
• Must pass a comprehensive background check (criminal, driving, drug testing).
• Valid California Guard Card required; Power to arrest certificate required; Use of Force certificate required; Valid Exposed Firearms Permit; firearm possessed.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety, security procedures, and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills.
• Patrol the site on foot to identify potential dangers or criminal activity.
• Report any suspicious activity to supervisors or law enforcement as necessary.
• Maintain accurate reports by documenting observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Issue verbal warnings, make arrests (if applicable), and/or contact law enforcement for security violations or criminal activities.
• Adapt to various working environments and conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

• Conduct regular observation of client premises and report any suspicious activity.
