Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner with escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, ATM areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents and communicate to site leadership and responders.
