Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer CPO Armed Patrol Readiness in Charlotte, NC to deter incidents through visible armed patrols and exceptional service to clients at a financial institution.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to alarms, completing incident reports, and coordinating with emergency responders while upholding site procedures and safety policies.

Qualifications

• CPO required.
• Armed Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned areas, including interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter, while remaining alert to unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
