Qualifications

• CPO certification is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations, coordinating with facility personnel and first responders.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, and entry points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and restricted areas.
• Complete required reports and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.
