Qualificações

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• A Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to bank clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, helping to protect personnel, customers, assets, and confidential financial information.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the banking location, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and coordinating with emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Access Control in New Braunfels, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service and communication. This role offers the opportunity to apply your armed guard credentials while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:
