Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and public agency personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of government buildings, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and document visitor activity and patrol observations per site procedures.
• Maintain proficiency with assigned equipment and follow laws, licensing requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal policies.
