Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and employee/vendor entry areas, verify authorized access as required, and assist with traffic flow and customer concerns.
• Complete accurate activity reports and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence that helps deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
