The position requires at least 1 year of armed security experience with an armed guard card, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed guard card or license is required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving roles per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access control points and verify authorization for employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with responders.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports documenting patrols and security activities.
