Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, offices, customer areas, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor activity, incidents, and other security-related observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain assigned equipment and carry authorized defensive equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site procedures.
