Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of residential streets, common areas, amenities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and report suspicious or prohibited activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and maintain professional communication with residents, property staff, and responding public services personnel.
