Job summary

You will conduct armed patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and provide professional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other security-related situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct armed patrols and monitor access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and patrol activities.
