Qualifications

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and public while following site procedures and security protocols at a government facility.
• Perform regular/unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and report issues.
• Monitor entry points, verify authorization, and direct visitors/deliveries as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, clear communication and notify relevant personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and maintain professional communications with site reps and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and members of the public while carrying out security protocols at a government facility.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents and report anomalies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; direct visitors/deliveries as required.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly; document observations and notify appropriate responders.
• Prepare precise activity reports and maintain professional communications with site representatives and leadership.
