Qualifications

• Concealed carry permit required.
• At least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing depends on state/local laws; driver license for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following post orders and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, including interior/exterior areas and access points, to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access controls, verify credentials, and report suspicious conditions to management.
• Maintain required armed post qualifications and handle equipment per laws and policies.
