Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to the financial institution location, verify credentials, and maintain awareness of activity at entrances and restricted areas.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the business, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and in a professional manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
