Qualifications

Armed guard license or card required.
Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check per federal/state/local laws.
Drug screen required.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, grounds, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities and communicate to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
