Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to site policies.
• Document incidents, observations, patrol activities, and security concerns promptly and accurately.
