Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents calmly and seek needed support.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report conditions as needed.
• Carry and handle authorized equipment per laws and site policies.
