Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and staff following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies and critical situations per site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the healthcare location, including exterior areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Complete accurate incident reports and shift handoffs.
