Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the healthcare facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain armed post equipment and complete accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports.
