Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees and visitors following site procedures.
• Perform regular and random armed patrols of the financial institution location.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and in accordance with site procedures and laws.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports for leadership review.
