City Security Services LTD in Houston, TX is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a residential community. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, verify guest access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of a gated residential community.
• Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports with detail.
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergencies arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
• Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed.

Schedule: Part-Time, Overnight, 12 hours/week

• Friday: 7:00PM - 11:00PM
• Saturday: 7:00PM - 11:00PM
• Sunday:7:00PM - 11:00PM

City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Security Officer to patrol a residential community. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, verify guest access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.This ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys an active patrol role and takes pride in being aware of their surroundings.Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout a gated residential community
• Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property
• Conduct perimeter checks of community amenities, parking areas, and common spaces
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
• Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed

Requirements:

• Active Level IISecurity License
• Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
