Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer to provide armed protective services for a high profile client. You will perform armed patrols, access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring while upholding safety and security procedures.

The role emphasizes public interaction, incident reporting, and strict adherence to protocols. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, valid driver's license if driving, and firearms credentials; CPR/AED and First Aid, NWDTP, and de-escalation

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or customer owned vehicle.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Federal and state firearms qualifications.
• NWDTP certification.
• OC, Baton and handcuffing certification.
• Defensive and de-escalation tactics certification.
• Two years armed security experience or equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed protective services and patrols per Allied Universal standards.
• Maintain access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring, and incident reporting.
• Protect people and property by deterring threats and following security protocols.
• Report safety concerns and security breaches verbally and in writing.
• Greet visitors and employees; assist as needed.
• Patrol the facility on foot or in a vehicle and respond to emergencies.
