Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to provide armed protective services for a high profile client. Responsibilities include armed patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires valid firearms qualifications, CPR/First Aid, de-escalation skills, and prior armed security or military experience. Excellent communication and English fluency are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer owned vehicle.
• Licensing requirements are state/local dependent and may be required prior to employment.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification from an approved organization.
• Firearms qualifications at federal and state levels.
• NWDTP certification.
• OC, Baton and handcuffing certification.
• Defensive tactics and de-escalation certification.
• Two years armed security experience or US military service or armed civilian law enforcement.
• 21+ years of age or as required by law.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility is provided with high-quality security services.
• Build and maintain relationships with client employees and guests.
• Report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances in writing.
• Handle security issues and emergencies according to protocol.
• Follow site-specific instructions, manuals, and post orders.
• Greet visitors and employees; assist as needed.
• Patrol the facility on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor phones, CCTV, and alarms.
