Qualifications

• Have at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Be able to provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff and the public at a government services location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a government services location while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, parking areas and entry points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and assist with visitor screening.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs for incidents and patrols.
