Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer for a hospital site in Los Angeles County. The role involves protecting clients across healthcare and government sectors, performing patrols, emergency response, and enforcing site policies.

Training is provided, and a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions. Minimum requirements include 21+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of security experience), and a clean background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable security experience.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by enforcing safety and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular patrols around the site and perimeter.
• Lead and assist Guards I and II as needed.
• Verify County staff IDs and restrict unauthorized access.
