Allied Universal in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced. This role offers flexible, reliable hours at an assigned site and opportunities to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

As an Armed Security Officer with Military Experience Required, you will provide customer service to visitors and employees, conduct armed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents in accordance with site protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally; document activities per site requirements.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management.
