Qualifications

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Access control experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government facility while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, courtyards, parking areas and entry points.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow post orders; prepare reports and communicate with site contacts.
