Qualifications

• Two years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required as per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Industry-specific security training may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees and the public while following security procedures and emergency response.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, grounds and parking areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain orderly entry/exit.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and disturbances calmly and professionally.
• Carry equipment per laws and policy; complete incident reports and logs.
