Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Temple Terrace, FL. The role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and the ability to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

Responsibilities include customer service, incident response and armed patrols of facilities, along with strict adherence to site policies and reporting. Minimum requirements include a HS diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain patrol activity, incidents and daily reports in accordance with site policies.
