Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Act 235 qualification required for PA positions.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution, following site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and communicate with site contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, maintain logs, and report unusual conditions.
• Complete required reports and shift documentation promptly and professionally.
