Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer for the Downtown Lobby in San Antonio, TX. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing access control, badge procedures, and monitoring entry activity at a financial institution location.

You will respond to incidents and provide professional customer service as part of a secure, service-focused team. Minimum requirements include Level III Armed Certification in Texas, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check.

Qualificações

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Minimum age: 21+ for armed roles; 18+ for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required as per law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk of a financial institution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor security-related systems, including cameras, alarms, and access-control equipment, and report unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

As an Armed Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide professional communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
